Responsible for space planning and design development of this new 3800 square foot penthouse. Collaborated with local developer and architect to outfit this seaside residence into stunning background for the client’s furniture and art collection. Selected all finishes and fixtures and oversaw the detailing of millwork and other feature elements throughout.
